After Youssef’s departure, I stepped into the role of Junior Product Designer, taking ownership of several key design responsibilities within the product team.
I am responsible for creating intuitive UI/UX designs for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless and user-friendly payment experiences. I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure that our designs align with business goals and technical requirements. I develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and enhance the user journey. My role also involves conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights, which helps in iterating and refining designs for better functionality. Additionally, I contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Throughout my work, I focus on solving design challenges, improving usability, and ensuring that our product delivers the best possible experience for users.
