The goal of any user experience project is to ensure users have a positive experience with a product. Yet, between the initial idea and the polished final product rests a complex web of decisions that impact the user experience in big and small ways. To provide structure and direction to the process of making these decisions – and to ensure each decision is made at the appropriate point in the process.
I decided to use the 5 elements of UX framework which suits the specific time and project idea.

Users need an easy-to-use application with minimal steps to complete tasks efficiently, as their time is valuable. The product must meet their needs quickly, catering primarily to users aged 30 to 50 years old.
The goal is to increase sales while reducing dependence on sponsors to boost income. Additionally, the aim is to establish a comprehensive system for the company, focusing on payment and pricing structures.
